Guarantees are subject to change depending on certain circumstances and conditions. Guarantees are void if areas of treatments are exposed to excessive moisture conditions and / or exposed to extreme weather conditions, repairs performed by others in areas of treatments after treatments were performed, and earth to wood contacts.
